Yes. Maxwell Lawn Care is fully insured. We believe in providing our customers with peace of mind, ensuring that both our team and your property are protected during every job.
Do I need to be home when you mow my lawn?
No, you do not need to be home. As long as we have access to the areas of your property that need service (and pets are safely inside), we will complete the work and ensure everything is tidied up before we leave.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
Weather is a major factor in lawn care. If heavy rain or extreme conditions prevent us from working, we will adjust our schedule to service your property as soon as the conditions allow—usually within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer routine weekly or bi-weekly mowing?
Absolutely. We recommend weekly service to keep your turf healthy and looking its best, but we also offer bi-weekly options and one-time cleanups depending on your specific needs and the time of year.
How do you handle payments and billing?
We aim to make the process as simple as possible. We offer digital invoicing and can discuss various payment options during your initial estimate to find what works best for you.
Can you handle large acreage or commercial properties?
Yes! We are fully equipped with professional-grade mowers (like our red zero-turns) designed to handle large residential yards, commercial lots, churches, and apartment complexes efficiently.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check or Credit Card
We do accept online payments and can accept credit card payments but charge a 3% fee.
